I've lived it... I share it... I walk the walk.
It's
beyond weight... It's about freedom!
Everybody's story is different.  While we may share similar details, thoughts and experiences with others, there will always be at least one factor that makes us unique.

Life as a fat person can be overwhelming and sad.  As we get older, it can also be scary because our body starts to fail under the burden of carrying extra weight for too long.

Throughout my lifetime, I'd given myself glimpses of life as a thin person but was never able to settle into that body or lifestyle for very long.  Many think--or would assume-- it's because I lacked the willpower to  "stick to it."

However, while trying (yet again) to address my weight issues once and for all, I discovered a great deal--about metabolism, physiology, how my body works--and the power of persistence, faith and  determination.

For the past five years, I've been able to
maintain a weight loss of 180 pounds--something I'd never  been able to achieve before.  The pictures above clearly show how I spent he first 48 years of my life either gaining or losing over one-half ton of weight.

Is my life
perfect now?  Absolutely not.  Is it better now?  Absolutely.  Are there positives and negatives to making such radical changes?  Yes. The dynamics can be daunting, surprising--and not always what you might have imagined.

This is my transformation.  Hopefully it will give you the inspiration, impetus and faith to make some long-lasting changes for yourself.

If you go no further on this site, just remember: Remain open, positive and  willing; and believe that whatever you envision is possible.  Then you will find yourself moving closer to the life you've always wanted.
